Vélopiste Jacques-Cartier/Portneuf
The Vélopiste Jacques-Cartier/Portneuf trail was built on the former 68-km railway right-of-way that connected Saint-Gabriel-de-Valcartier and Rivière-à-Pierre. Easily accessible, the bike trail offers a variety of landscapes, charming rest and picnic spots, and even rustic campsites accessible only by bike. Passing through Saint-Raymond, there are a number of restaurants and snack bars where you can catch a breather and taste the local flavours.

Véloroute portneuvoise
This 100% regional cycling route starting in Deschambault-Grondines allows visitors to ride through the upcountry of the region of Portneuf. Visit Saint-Alban and Parc régional de Portneuf, Saint Ubalde and Saint-Casimir while taking in the peaceful pastoral surroundings! Enjoy a picnic with local produce! Along the trail, Magasin Général Paré and Fromagerie des Grondines in Deschambault, as well as Les Grands Bois microbrewery and several snack bars will give you a taste of the best that the region of Portneuf has to offer.

Route verte 5 – Chemin du Roy
For more than 25 years, cyclists have been exploring the region along Route Verte 5, the historic section of the Chemin du Roy tourist route. Over the entire 78-kilometre route, “Bienvenue cyclistes” accommodations are available, while a variety of restaurants, farm stands and foodie boutiques offer tasty stops with a breathtaking view of the St. Lawrence River.

From there, you can continue along the La Liseuse trail, which goes up to Sainte-Catherine-de-la-Jacques-Cartier.
